​​Resiliency & ME is dedicated to enhancing the resilience of Children and Youth in Ontario.
Our Child and Youth Care Workers (CYCW) are dedicated to nurturing the emotional and mental well-being of children and adolescents. Through our thoughtfully designed programs, we empower young individuals to embrace their inner strength, navigate life's challenges, and flourish with confidence. Our mission is to provide compassionate support and practical tools that foster resilience, enabling every child to thrive, reach their full potential and tackle life's challenges with resilience.
Our Services
Our Child and Youth Care Workers (CYCW) offer a range of services, including one-on-one counseling, coping strategies, and creative therapeutic expression, all designed to support emotional and mental well-being.
Our holistic approach also includes goal-oriented programming, therapeutic art, and self-regulation techniques to foster resilience. These learning resources support our clients in resolving conflicts more healthily and provide them with the ability to tackle life challenges with confidence.
